Native American Advancement Corporation (Corp) is managed by principals who have over fifty years of combined experience in construction.  The principals have successfully administered and managed contracts which addressed construction, weatherization, job creation, job training, and housing. The core principals of this organization have successful management history and policies in place to maintain and build the capacity of its staff in general construction, with Building Performance Institute (BPI) certifications.

Tyrese Gould Jacinto, President and CEO, is a professionally certified trained carpenter since 2008. From August 2009 to present, she serves as the Director of Operations for all contracts.  Tyrese has successfully implemented over 10 million in contracts from the State of New Jersey and US Department of Energy. Recent relevant training includes: NJ DCA Whole House 1 (Auditing); NJ DCA Whole House 2 (Combustion Appliance and Inspections); OSHA 10 hour; EPA Lead Safety; and ASHRAE 62.6.

A businesswoman with more than thirty years of experience in confidential business administration, financial business management and office organization, her job experience includes her current position as President and CEO of Native American Advancement Corp. and Native American Advancement Connections, LLC (2009-present) Business  Development Specialist for Nanticoke Lenni-Lenape (2007-2009), the Administrative Assistant to the Superintendent/Principal, Downe Township Board of Education in Newport, N. J. (2000-2007); Costs Accountant, responsible for balancing and profit loss for expenditures on a monthly basis and Computer Captain for two years (1999-2000) at Rock Tenn, paper manufacturing company, in Vineland, N.J.; General Manager, for three years (1996-1999) of Sterling Optical Corp. in Vineland, N.J.; and Office Manager, from 1992-1996, of MKS, Inc.

​Mark “Quiet Hawk” Gould is known among his people, the Nanticoke Lenni-Lenape Indian Tribe of New Jersey, as a leader who has worked tirelessly on their behalf since the 1970s.
He is a professionally trained carpenter and currently serves as Commissioner for New Jersey National and Community Service, since 2013.  Mark has owned his own contracting business. He is currently the Vice President and Construction Manager for Native American Advancement Corp. since 2009 and has expended over 10 million dollars of contracts as project manager. Recent relevant training includes: Certified Building Performance Institute (BPI) Quality Control Inspector:, Certified in BPI Envelop Professional, BPI Building Analyst Professional, OSHA 10 and 30 Hour Construction; OSHA Confined Space; Whole House 1 Weatherization Auditing and Installing; Whole House 2, Weatherization Combustion Appliance and Inspection; Lead Safe Renovators; Lead Safety; ASHRAE 62.2 Air Quality; Auditor (NEAT and MHEA); HESWAP Energy Software; Health and Safety Plan; For Profit Weatherization; Leveraging; Small Business Entrepreneurial; ARRA 1512 Reporting.

​John L Barry, Financial-HR Manager, is responsible for contracts and development and reporting to NJ DCA. He is also responsible for maintaining quality records for the yearly Yellow book and state audits as required for contracts. He is past Director of Community Development for the City of Bridgeton and served as Administrator for the US HUD Community Development Block Grant (CDBG). In addition, He served as Executive Director for the New Jersey DCA-Urban Enterprise Zone Program managing a revolving loan portfolio and over 9 economic development grant programs.

​Victor Jacinto, Forman-Auditor, has extensive experience at supervisory and hands on with grading, paving, utility installations, demolition, material handling, organization of projects, keen with details and self-motivated He is also a master in heavy equipment operation for construction.  Certified in BPI Envelop Professional, BPI Building Analyst Professional, OSHA 10 and 30 Hour Contraction; OSHA Confined Space; Whole House 1 Weatherization Auditing and Installing; Whole House 2, Weatherization Combustion Appliance and Inspection; Lead Safety; DOE Lead Safe Weatherization; ASHRAE 62.2 Air Quality; Mobile Home Weatherization; Healthy Homes; Weatherization Auditor; NEAT and MHEA Auditor Software Training.

Michael Barnabei, Crew Leader has over fifteen years of construction experience including CDL class B, heavy equipment operation, and finishing construction including floors of all types.  Mike is also Certified BPI Heating Professional, Certified in BPI Envelop Professional, BPI Building Analyst Professional, OSHA 10 and 30 Hour Contraction; OSHA Confined Space; Whole House 1 Weatherization Auditing and Installing; Whole House 2, Weatherization Combustion Appliance and Inspection; Lead Safety; DOE Lead Safe Weatherization; ASHRAE 62.2 Air Quality; Mobile Home Weatherization; Healthy Homes; Weatherization Auditor; NEAT and MHEA Auditor Software Training.

​Brian Cooper, Crew Leader has over 10 years of construction experience and is highly qualified as a finish construction worker and is Certified QCI inspector, Certified BPI Heating Professional, Certified in BPI Envelop Professional, BPI Building Analyst Professional, OSHA 10 and 30 Hour Contraction; OSHA Confined Space; Whole House 1 Weatherization Auditing and Installing; Whole House 2, Weatherization Combustion Appliance and Inspection; Lead Safety; DOE Lead Safe Weatherization; ASHRAE 62.2 Air Quality; Mobile Home Weatherization; Healthy Homes; Weatherization Auditor; NEAT and MHEA Auditor Software Training.
